We have exciting news to share!
The Memphis Art Salon has officially charted as a charitable organization and incorporated at the state level in Tennessee! Now, we’re taking the next step: securing our federal 501(c)(3) non-profit status. This will allow us to apply for grants, secure large-scale funding, and expand our mission to support emerging artists in Memphis.
However, this process comes with significant costs.
Filing fees alone exceed $1,000, and as a collective currently operating on individually funded contributions and event-based revenue, we need your help to make this dream a reality.
